The schedule is the same on Saturday and Sunday:

Morning VIP: 9 AM–1 PM
Morning General Admission: 10 AM–1 PM
Afternoon General Admission: 1:30–4:30 PM

Beverage service ends 15 minutes before each session closes: 12:45 PM for the morning session and 4:15 PM for the afternoon session.

There is a Service Break from 1–1:30 PM, with no beverage service. Only All Day Pass holders may remain inside during this break.

Your ticket is valid only for the day and session listed on it. Morning ticket holders must exit at 1 PM unless they have an All Day Pass.

Morning VIP tickets include an extra hour from 9–10 AM, followed by the full morning GA session from 10 AM–1 PM. Enjoy more time to explore with fewer attendees during the VIP hour.

VIP ticket holders also have a dedicated entry line if arriving after 10 AM. VIP does not include the afternoon session unless your ticket is an All Day Pass.

Early Bird means discounted pricing—not early entry. Your ticket’s listed session time determines when you can enter.

We may offer multiple Early Bird pricing tiers, including 2nd and 3rd tiers. Each tier is discounted relative to the later price offered for that session. Prices are dynamic and increase as lower-priced ticket inventory sells out.

An Early Bird GA ticket does not include VIP access. To enter at 9 AM, your ticket must include VIP admission.

The exhibitor lineup is the same on both days; the live music lineup varies. Choose whichever day works best for you—or purchase tickets for both!

A limited number of All Day Passes are available. These include both sessions on your selected day, reentry privileges, and permission to remain inside during the Service Break. Check your ticket description for your entry time.

There is no beverage service during the 1–1:30 PM Service Break. Please give exhibitors time to rest and reset while you relax or grab a bite to eat.

Yes! Coffee tastings from participating coffee vendors are included with admission.

Expect tasting-sized samples rather than full-sized drinks, so you can explore different coffees and find your favorites. Pace yourself—there’s plenty to try!

Food is available for purchase separately, including from Palmer Events Center’s in-house concessions. It is not included with admission.

You’re welcome to join us! You’ll also find tea, non-coffee beverages, food, and other exhibitors to explore.

All attendees ages 13 and older need a ticket, whether or not they drink coffee.

You can access your tickets through the secure link on your Eventbrite order confirmation page or in your confirmation email. Tickets can be viewed on the web or in the Eventbrite app.

If you can’t find them:

• Check your inbox and spam folder for your Eventbrite confirmation email.

• Use “Find my tickets” in Eventbrite’s navigation.

• If you mistyped your email address or can no longer access it, use Eventbrite’s Ticket Lookup Form.

Yes, provided your original session has not yet started and your preferred session still has available capacity.

Log in to the Eventbrite account used to purchase your tickets and follow Eventbrite’s transfer instructions.

Use a desktop or laptop to complete your transfer. Eventbrite’s mobile transfer process may display incorrect dates. You may need to transfer tickets one at a time.

Prices are dynamic and increase as inventory sells out. Your new session may cost more than your original ticket—even if both tickets have the same Early Bird tier name. Any additional amount will appear at checkout.

Transfers within 30 days of the event are offered as an accommodation. No refunds or credits are provided if the new ticket costs less.

Complete your transfer as soon as possible for the best available pricing and session selection.

Your ticket cannot be used for a different session without completing an eligible transfer beforehand. We cannot accommodate missed-session tickets in a sold-out session.

Please allow enough time for travel, parking, and entry. Arriving late does not extend your session’s end time.

There are no refunds within 30 days of the event.

If you can’t attend, you’re welcome to gift your tickets to a friend. Simply give them your ticket’s QR code to use for entry during the day and session listed. Each ticket can only be redeemed once.

All tickets are sold online at AustinCoffeeFestival.com. If tickets remain available on the day of the event, you can still purchase them online.

If a session is sold out online, that is all of our available capacity. No additional tickets will be available at the door. Check other sessions or the other event day for availability.

Yes, during your ticketed session, provided you keep your session’s wristband on.

Show the correct wristband to security at the entrance to reenter; you do not need to rejoin the admission line. Reentry is not permitted without the correct wristband, and a wristband does not grant access to a different session.

We LOVE kids, but we discourage their attendance due to the dangerous nature of the event for a child:  hot beverages all over the place.  It'd make us nervous for a child to be present and we disclaim all responsibility for a child's presence at the event.  If you still want to assume the responsibility for bringing along your child, PLEASE keep a close eye on them. It is your responsibility to keep them safe. All children under the age of 13 do not need a ticket, but must be accompanied by an Adult. Children under 13 do not need a ticket but must be accompanied and closely supervised by an adult. Complimentary admission for children under 13 is offered as a courtesy, and this policy is subject to change.

Dogs: If you bring your dog, it must be a service animal and you are responsible for keeping them controlled on a leash, keeping them safe, keeping other attendees safe from your dog and your dog’s leash, cleaning up after your dog, and any other liability related to your dog’s presence at the event. Dogs must be current on rabies vaccination. We reserve the right to eject any aggressive, poorly-behaved, or ill animal. Please note that the venue does not have any dog-potty locations nor any watering areas. We ask all pet parents to plan accordingly if your dog does attend. If your dog is small or tiny, we require owners to consider carrying their dog to avoid injury, trampling, or stress.

Yes! Bring your favorite reusable coffee cup or mug, and keep it clean for tastings. You’re also welcome to bring a reusable water bottle.

Reasonably sized bags are permitted and are subject to inspection by our security team.

Yes, restrooms are available inside the venue.

Paid parking is available at Palmer Events Center, but spaces are limited and can fill quickly. Consider biking, public transportation, or a rideshare, and allow extra time if you plan to park.
